01 - 12 square crackers (such as saltines or butter crackers)
→ Pepperoni & Cheese
02 - 24 slices pepperoni
03 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (approximately 2 ounces)
04 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
→ Garnish (Optional)
05 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
06 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
# How to Make It:
01 - Set oven broiler to high and position the rack about 6 inches from the heat source.
02 - Place the square crackers evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
03 - Top each cracker with two slices of pepperoni, slightly overlapping them.
04 - Sprinkle a generous pinch of shredded mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni on each cracker.
05 - Optionally, dust each cracker with grated Parmesan cheese.
06 - Broil for 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese melts, bubbles, and pepperoni edges start to crisp. Monitor closely to avoid burning.
07 - Remove from oven and let bites cool briefly before serving.
